Role Summary Thrillax is seeking a **Digital Marketing Team Lead** to oversee daily operations and ensure the team remains aligned. The ideal candidate will engage with team members daily to resolve blockers and maintain clarity regarding their specific KRAs and KPIs. For Billing \& Accounting Software and GST Return Filing Software, the candidate must have a solid understanding of Accounting, GST and Finance. This foundational knowledge is essential, as the person will serve as the final reviewer for all content and campaigns before they are deployed. Key Responsibilities * Check in with every team member every day, identify problems early and clear blockers quickly. * Set clear KRAs and KPIs for each role, explain them simply and ensure everyone understands what they are accountable for. * Review KRA/KPI progress weekly or bi\-weekly and course\-correct when someone is off track. * Plan, prioritise and drive campaigns across SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Content and Email Marketing. * Act as the bridge between the team and management by communicating priorities clearly and bringing feedback and blockers back to management. * Ensure content, ad copy, and campaigns are built on facts, not assumptions. Coordinate with Product whenever required. * Track and report performance, including traffic, leads, conversions, ROI and spend, to leadership on schedule. * Guide and upskill the team, identify training gaps and work towards closing them. * Own the digital marketing budget and manage vendor/agency relationships. Requirements * Real understanding of Accounting, GST \& Basic Finance or a background in that field (Must). * 5\+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, including 3\+ years leading or coordinating a team. * Strong hands\-on experience with SEO, Paid Ads (Google/Meta), Social Media, Content and Email Marketing. * Comfortable setting KRAs, KPIs or OKRs and holding people accountable without micromanaging. * Strong daily communication skills with the ability to conduct check\-ins that genuinely unblock team members rather than simply collect status updates. * Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. * Data\-driven approach with the ability to read dashboards and use numbers to make informed decisions. * Experience working closely with Product or Sales teams to ensure marketing content remains accurate.
