We are looking for an experienced Senior Tender Executive with strong knowledge of e-Tendering, GeM, bid preparation, and tender documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage e-Tendering & GeM portal activities

• Prepare technical and commercial bids

• Handle BOQ, pricing, quotations & commercial submissions

• Manage EMD, tender fees & performance security

• Prepare and maintain complete tender-related documentation

• Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions

• Coordinate with internal teams for required documents and approvals
