MEAN Stack Developer \& AI Trainer **Experience:** 5–10 Years **Job Type:** Part\-Time **Location:** Hybrid Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **MEAN Stack Trainer** with **5–10 years of hands\-on industry experience** in full\-stack development and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js**, along with practical knowledge of **AI, Generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs, and AI\-powered application development**. The candidate will be responsible for both **developing real\-world applications** and **training/mentoring students or developers** in MEAN Stack and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities * Develop scalable and high\-performance web applications using the **MEAN Stack**. * Build modern, responsive front\-end applications using **Angular**. * Develop backend applications, REST APIs, and microservices using **Node.js and Express.js**. * Design and manage databases using **MongoDB**. * Integrate third\-party APIs and AI services into web applications. * Develop and demonstrate applications using **Generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs, and Prompt Engineering**. * Conduct practical and project\-based training sessions on **MEAN Stack and AI technologies**. * Prepare training materials, coding exercises, assignments, and real\-world projects. * Mentor candidates/developers and provide technical guidance and code reviews. * Explain complex programming and AI concepts in a simple, practical manner. * Keep training content and development practices updated with current industry technologies. * Participate in application design, development, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance. Required Skills * **5–10 years of professional experience** in software development. * Strong hands\-on experience with: * **MongoDB** * **Express.js** * **Angular** * **Node.js** * **JavaScript / TypeScript** * Strong knowledge of **HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, JSON, and web application architecture**. * Experience with Git/GitHub and software development best practices. * Good understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and database optimization. * Practical experience with **AI and Generative AI technologies**. * Experience with **LLM APIs** such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms. * Knowledge of **Prompt Engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI application integration** will be an advantage. * Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. * Ability to deliver **hands\-on, project\-based technical training**. Preferred Skills * Experience developing and deploying production\-level MEAN Stack applications. * Experience integrating **AI/GenAI features into web applications**. * Knowledge of **LangChain or similar AI frameworks**. * Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. * Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. * Previous experience as a **Technical Trainer, Corporate Trainer, Mentor, or Full\-Stack Instructor**. * Experience creating real\-world capstone projects and training programs.
