MERN Stack Developer with AI Trainer **Experience:** 5–10 Years **Employment Type:** Part\-Time **Location:** Remote Job Overview We are looking for an experienced **MERN Stack AI Trainer** with **5–10 years of industry experience** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on expertise in **MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js**, along with practical knowledge of **Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and AI\-powered application development**. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications as well as training and mentoring developers/students on modern MERN Stack and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the **MERN Stack**. * Build responsive and high\-performance front\-end applications using **React.js**. * Develop secure and scalable backend services and REST APIs using **Node.js and Express.js**. * Work with **MongoDB** for database design, optimization, and data management. * Integrate third\-party APIs and AI/ML services into web applications. * Develop applications using **Generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, and AI\-powered features**. * Conduct practical training sessions on MERN Stack and AI technologies. * Create training materials, coding exercises, projects, and technical documentation. * Mentor learners/developers through real\-world projects and provide code reviews and technical guidance. * Stay updated with emerging technologies in **AI, GenAI, LLMs, and modern web development**. * Collaborate with technical teams to understand requirements and deliver high\-quality solutions. Required Skills * 5–10 years of professional software development experience. * Strong proficiency in **MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js**. * Excellent knowledge of **JavaScript and/or TypeScript**. * Strong understanding of **REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and web application architecture**. * Experience with Git/GitHub and modern development practices. * Good understanding of database design and performance optimization. * Practical experience with **AI/GenAI technologies and LLM APIs**. * Knowledge of **OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, LangChain, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or similar AI technologies** is an advantage. * Strong debugging, problem\-solving, and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
