Position: Accounts Manager - Finance & Accounts (Immediate Joiner)

Experience: 7 to 8 years

Location: Darya Ganj, Delhi

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Manager to oversee financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure timely and accurate closing of books
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial controls
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and audits
• Preparation and filing of returns such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS returns, etc.
• Track statutory due dates and ensure zero non-compliance or penalties
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Ensure readiness of financial data and documentation for audits
• Manage invoicing, billing, and collections processes
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7–8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime or Xero
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Darya Ganj, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education

• Indian GAAP: 5 years (Preferred)
• Accounting: 5 years (Preferred)
