US Client Outreach & Digital Marketing Executive – Online Tutoring

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated US Client Outreach & Digital Marketing Executive to help grow our online tutoring brand. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with clients in the US market, generating leads, managing social media, creating marketing content, and running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and provide regular updates on their work and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US clients/prospective customers
- Send professional emails for client outreach and follow-ups
- Generate qualified leads through online research and lead-generation activities
- Manage and grow our social media presence
- Create engaging social media posts, graphics, reels, and short videos
- Plan and publish content consistently across relevant platforms
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Research potential customers and identify new lead-generation opportunities
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper records
- Prepare and submit daily/regular work reports
- Work independently with minimal supervision and meet agreed targets
- Contribute new ideas to improve lead generation, engagement, and customer acquisition
Requirements
- Prior experience in US client outreach, lead generation, digital marketing, social media, or a similar role is mandatory
- Freshers should not apply
- Experience working with US clients/customers is highly preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager / Facebook & Instagram advertising
- Experience creating social media content, posts, reels, and videos
- Good understanding of online lead-generation techniques
- Ability to conduct independent online research
- Comfortable making calls and communicating with prospective clients
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Must be able to commit to at least 2 hours of honest and productive work every day
