About the role
- Valarr is a specialist recruitment firm working with consumer, D2C and technology companies across India. LinkedIn is where our market lives
- it is how candidates find us, how clients find us, and where our reputation is built. We are looking for a specialist to own that channel in full: our company page, the professional visibility of our leadership team, and the outreach programmes that put us in front of the right people.
02 Key responsibilities
- Own the Valarr company page end to end — content planning, announcements, milestones and employee advocacy.
- Build and maintain the professional visibility of our leadership team, developing content from business strategy, market insight and data provided by the team.
- Plan, run and optimise structured LinkedIn outreach programmes that reach the right candidates and clients in a consistent, professional voice. "
- Own the outreach and engagement tool stack — evaluate platforms, recommend what we adopt, and run it well once chosen.
- Conduct market and talent research using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator and comparable tools. Maintain data quality across all campaign lists
- accuracy, segmentation and clean records.
- Ensure all activity stays within platform guidelines and professional best practice.
- Track engagement, response and conversion metrics, report weekly, and refine campaigns based on what the data shows.
03 What we're looking for
- 1–3 years working on LinkedIn in a marketing, growth, employer brand or recruitment marketing capacity.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, engagement or scheduling platforms, and a clear view on what works.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator, including Boolean search.
- Strong written English, and the ability to write a LinkedIn post in a defined brand or individual voice. —Comfortable using AI tools to draft, with the editorial judgement to shape the output into something publishable.
- Analytical — you read engagement data and act on it rather than posting and hoping.
- Quick to pick up new platforms. The tools change; the thinking does not.
- Organised, and inclined to build repeatable systems rather than repeat manual work. 04 Good to have
- Experience in recruitment, staffing or professional services.
- Exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms. —Basic design ability in Canva or a similar tool.
05 Why this role
- Full ownership of the channel from day one, rather than a slot in an existing content team.
- Direct working relationship with the founding team.
- Room to build the function from the ground up, and to extend it to X and other channels as Valarr grows.
