**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a **young, enthusiastic graduate/degree holders with 1\-3 years experience in sales** who is eager to take ownership on **sales responsibilities** in a dynamic, hands\-on environment. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a passionate sales professional to help scale by aggressively acquiring **new customers every month**. **Opportunity to elevate to leadership roles in a quick span of time with attractive performance based sales incentives**

Assist in social media content collection (photos, reviews, stories)

Help promote new products (curd, ghee, paneer, etc.)

Support retail outlet promotions when required

1\-3 years experience in field sales, marketing, D2C brands or passionate about sales

• Strong communication \& persuasive skills
• Comfortable with field work \& meeting new people
• Confident, energetic, and target\-driven
• Ability to build quick rapport with residents
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and calling etiquette
• Good to have: MBA/degree in management
