* Evaluate patients, take detailed histories, and perform physical examinations. * Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. * Develop individualized treatment and management plans. * Conduct outpatient consultations and provide inpatient care. * Review investigations including laboratory tests, imaging, ECGs, and other diagnostic studies. * Manage medical emergencies and provide appropriate stabilization. * Refer patients to relevant specialists when required. * Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care. * Monitor treatment response and modify therapy appropriately. * Maintain accurate and timely medical records. * Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, and preventive care. * Participate in clinical meetings, audits, teaching, and quality\-improvement activities. * Follow applicable clinical, ethical, infection\-control, and patient\-safety standards.
