Roles & Responsibilities

• Counsel clients regarding immigration processes, study visas, work permits, PR, and other visa services.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable immigration pathways.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and client conversions.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
• Provide accurate information about documentation, eligibility, and application procedures.
• Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
• Maintain client records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Coordinate with processing teams to ensure smooth application handling.
• Build strong relationships with clients through professional guidance and support.
• Stay updated with immigration policies, visa rules, and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in immigration, education counseling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent English and local language communication skills.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
